Signature Movement Methods

Our dance fitness classes are joy-based, alignment-focused, and musically driven. Get the most out of your workout and have fun while you’re at it. 


In this class, we'll use mini-trampolines (also known as rebounders) for a full-body workout. We’ll bounce through upbeat sequences that challenge your body, balance, and mind. Bounce classes are low-impact, incorporate full-body conditioning, and are good for your lymphatic system! The most fun you will have with cardio. Sneakers recommended. 


Our Sculpt class blends the best of pilates, barre, yoga, and functional strength exercises to create a work out that will physically and mentally engage you. Sneakers optional. 

SHiNE Dance Fitness™

SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography or all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative
outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. We vary
the complexity and intensity of the routines to ensure your safety and success during class. The SHiNE™ dance floor is open to EVERY BODY. It is a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a supportive community.


No dance experience is necessary…come as you are!
Sneakers recommended (preferably a pair not worn outdoors).

Flex + Flow

A blend of yoga and strength training, Flex + Flow will leave you feeling a sense of strength and calm. We’ll use bodyweight exercises and intentionally incorporate props like resistance bands and gliders so you feel a burn in all the right places, then we’ll take time to release through deep stretching. 

Just Dance

Because adults dance too - these are real dance classes for grown-ups. All movers and levels are welcome, no leotards required. 


A gentle, traditional ballet class. Most of the class takes place at the ballet barre, think pliés, tendus, etc. After you’re properly warmed up you’ll move center floor, and finish with a good stretch. Ballet shoes are recommended, socks are ok too! Wear comfortable clothing like you would to a yoga or pilates class.


Tap class will start with a rhythmic warm-up, move across the floor and we’ll learn a combination to finish! The benefits of tap dancing are numerous, in addition to fun low-impact movement, you’ll get a serious “brain burn” while learning rhythms, improving balance and mind-body coordination. Tap rentals available!

Hip Hop

This class will explore hip-hop dance in a fun, relaxed environment. The class will start with a rhythmic warm-up and progress to learn some choreography. Self-expression is encouraged! Wear comfortable clothes, sweatpants, socks, bare feet, or clean studio sneakers. No experience is needed, all movers are welcome!

Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, not structured dance space. Each class is inspired and led by carefully crafted music and holds space for participants to express themselves freely. No dance experience is necessary or needed. 

Modern Fusion Flow

Have fun embodying movement sequences influenced by different dance styles such as contemporary, urban, and fusion belly dance while tapping into your own unique sense of flow. Improve your coordination, increase your inner strength and find joy in discovering organic movements and shapes to wake up the dancer in you! Socks recommended.


This class includes a warm-up that develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and jazz dance technique. In each class, you'll learn choreography set to popular music that encourages individual expression and the development of personal style.
